High Pressure Pipe Fittings MET-LOK brand high pressure instrument pipe fittings are available in sizes, range from 1/8" to 2" threads, with variety of end connections likeNPT, BSP&BSPT. Available in Stainless Steel of all grades, Monel, Brass, C.S etc. MET-LOK pipe fittings design is made as per highest quality standard and meet the requirement of ANSI B1.20.1 for (NPT) threads. All fittings end connections are fitted with end caps to prevent thread damages. Needle & Gauge Valves MET-LOK Needle valves are specially design with packing below the threads. This design increases the life of packing & spindle threads. MET-LOK Needle valves are available in size, range of 1/8" to 1" with Double ferrules tube connection and NPT, BSP, BSPT thread male/female connections with maximum working pressure 10,000 psi. Syphons MET-LOK syphons are design for high temperature and high pressure steam application. Manufactured from seamless Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel & Alloy Steel pipes. Available in size, range from 1/4" to 1" pipe, sch-40,80,160 & XXS with variety of end connections like socket weld, screwed,NPT, BSP male/female, swivel type. Air Headers Made as per customer's requirement, these air headers/distribution manifolds are equipped with MET-LOK make Needle/ Ball valves and prime quality materials. These can be easily mounted on wall or on pipe stand and available upto 2 x10 outlets with equal spacing & positioned to meet specific requirements. Available in Stainless Steel of all grades, C.S & Alloy Steel. Flanges MET-LOK Flanges are joint to each other by bolting & joint to pipe system by welding & hreading. Available in size range of 15mm NB to 600mm NB, dimension as per ANSI B16.5 for forged flanges. These flanges are available in Stainless Steel of all grades, C.S etc. Tubes & Pipes Clamps MET-LOK clamps are available in sizes ranging from 1/8" to 6" which eliminates vibrations due to its unique constructions. Tubes & Pipes MET-LOK manufactured all sizes of pipes & tubes in Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, C.S, Alloy Steel, Monel etc. material grades complying with various ASTM spec. as A 269, A 213, A 312,A 106, A 335 etc. (seamless & welded) Instrumentation tubes are fully annealed,soft quality tubing available in straight length & in coil form as per ASTM A 269 & A 213. Slimline Sampling Valve / Key Block Valve Double Block and Bleed BALL-NEEDLE-BALL (Flanged x ScrewedType) General Information: These valves are integrally forged, one piece assemblies for primary isolation of pressure take-offs, where the valve is mounted directly to the vessel or process pipe.
